OptiWorks designs, prototypes and produces precision optical systems and related components for customer based systems, with expertise in MRF finishing capability of optical component for various applications.

OptiWorks has developed a  non-contact high speed chromatic confocal optical sytem. This is very convenient for soft surface like plastic and elastomer optics, of course, but for deep aspheric measurement, it excels. This system can be set up close to the manufacturing area and is very easy to operate.

Another area of expertise is OptiWorks’ capability to provide a hybrid aspheric optical component which is composed of conventional spherical glass lens and aspheric profiled resin layer on it. This organic resin is UV cured with aspheric mold and is durable under temperature and humidity conditions. Recently OptiWorks achieved this process up to 100 mm diameter aspheric optics with enough accuracy and durability.
